Review workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met & Monitor business activities to ensure progress.
Ensure compliance with company s policies and operational guidelines.
Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
Guide and motivate team members to enhance performance and the quality of work.
Monitor industry best practices and provide insights.
Report to senior executives on progress and issues.
Assist top management in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences is a MUST , MBA is a PLUS
Proven experience as area manager, or similar managerial role in pharmacy chains.
Proven experience in Retail Managemen t field.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership abilities.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Alexandria Resident is a MUST .
