What You'll Do:
- Drive sales targets and ensure store profitability.
- Manage daily operations across multiple retail stores.
- Lead, coach, and motivate Store Managers and sales teams.
- Analyze sales trends and implement plans to grow business.
- Maintain high standards in customer experience and store presentation.
- Coordinate with merchandising and marketing teams for promotions and stock planning.
- Location in Dubai, travel between Emirates is mandatory.
What We're Looking For:
- 812 years of experience in fashion or apparel retail.
- 5 years experience as Area Retail Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in fabrics or Indian ethnic wear retail.
- Passion for fashion, design, and customer engagement.
