Main Job Purpose

Responsible for driving sales growth and profitability within the assigned territory by managing client relationships, acquiring new business, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role ensures effective execution of sales strategies, accurate tracking of team activities, and timely follow up on high priority deals, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and promoting SIXT's premium mobility services.

Accountabilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and fleet clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Implement sales strategies and initiatives in alignment with Regional Sales Manager guidance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
  • Manage lease proposals, contracts, and delivery coordination.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive performance.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 35 years in sales, preferably in car leasing or fleet management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Experience in client relationship management and business development.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Skilled in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Problem solving, decision making, and results oriented mindset.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
