We are looking for Area Sales Manager for one of our clients in the Food and Beverage Industry, located in Maadi.
Role Description
- Manage and oversee sales performance across assigned F&B retail branches.
- Set and monitor monthly and annual sales targets for store managers and retail teams.
- Analyze retail KPIs including sales growth, conversion rate, average transaction value, upselling performance, and shrinkage control.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations, team performance, merchandising standards, and service quality.
- Ensure proper implementation of pricing policies, promotional campaigns, and brand standards.
- Drive performance improvement plans for underperforming stores.
- Support new branch openings and expansion strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- From 7 to10 years of progressive retail experience, with at least 35 years in a managerial role overseeing store operations and sales performance.
- Previous experience as Store Manager or Area Manager in F&B retail is strongly required.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding retail sales targets across multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of retail performance metrics, stock management, and customer service standards.
- Ability to manage multiple branches, travel between locations, and handle high-volume retail operations.
