Area Sales Manager

We're looking for a Area Sales Manager who understands the pace, complexity, and opportunity within the Kingdom, and is excited to take full ownership of commercial performance across it.

This role sits at the center of growth — leading distributor partnerships, unlocking new channels, and driving execution excellence on the ground.

What we're looking for:

• Proven sales experience of minimum 6-7 years within the FMCG industry ideally in GT/TT channel
• Should be currently based in Saudi Arabia
• Arabic speaker is a must for this role
• Strong track record managing distributors and key accounts across the Kingdom
• Deep understanding of local trade channels, customer dynamics, and route-to-market strategies
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Commercially sharp, with a bias for action and ownership
