Area Sales Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Jeddah. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales targets, identify business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities include managing accounts, developing sales strategies, identifying potential markets, and leading a sales team to achieve regional revenue goals. The role involves analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and effectively representing the company in the assigned territory.

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Key Account Management
• Strong skills in Market Analysis and identifying growth opportunities
• Exceptional Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-Making abilities
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
• Knowledge of the construction industry and familiarity with construction chemical products is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
• Ability to travel within the region as required
