Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager Security Systems is responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding market presence for security solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Physical Security and Integrated Security Solutions. The role involves leading a sales team, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets across industrial sectors covering Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Mining Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Identify new business opportunities, projects, and key accounts
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, negotiations, and closures
Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end users
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering teams
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, train, motivate, and monitor sales executives and account managers
Set individual and team sales targets and KPIs
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and forecasting
Market & Customer Management
Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with pre-sales, engineering, and project teams for solution design and delivery
Ensure accurate updates, sales reports, and pipeline management
Support contract negotiation and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA or Sales Management certification is an advantage
Experience
710 years of sales experience in security systems, ELV, or low-current systems
Proven experience in B2B/project-based sales and team leadership
Skills
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Good understanding of security system technologies and solutions
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
