About us

Drawdeck is a Dubai based art consultancy and framing/art fabrication studio. We work with hotels and hospitality brands across the region, creating art programmes that tell a story and elevate a space.

The role

We're after an Art Consultant with a sharp eye for design, a creative mindset, and a genuine love of finishes and materials. You should have an exceptional eye for detail, be confident developing creative concepts, and have the organisational skills to keep multiple projects on track at once. You'll work closely with hotel clients, designers and our fabrication team to bring art concepts from initial brief through to installation.

What you'll do

• Develop art narratives and concepts for hospitality projects
• Source and curate artwork and artists suited to each brief
• Advise on framing, materials and finishes
• Manage project timelines, budgets and supplier coordination
• Present concepts to clients and stakeholders with confidence
• Liaise with designers, hoteliers and fabricators to ensure smooth delivery
• Keep on top of documentation, specs and procurement details

What you'll bring

• 3 to 5 years experience in art consultancy, interior design or a related field
• Strong design sensibility and an eye for detail
• Solid knowledge of finishes, materials and framing options
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to clients
• Ability to juggle several projects without dropping the ball
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft and 3D.

Nice to have

• Experience with hospitality or FF&E projects
• Existing network of artists or suppliers in the region

We are accepting both local and international applications. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Dubai for this role.
