As Art Director, you'll lead creative direction, shape visual storytelling, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and drive end-to-end projects with high agency and impact in a human, non-formal culture. Pair with our eccentric senior designer for dynamic team balance while blending Vision 2030 innovation with F1 excitement through clean, quirky concepts.
What You'll Focus On
- Develop original campaign ideas and compelling visual storytelling from strategy.
- Lead creative sessions, workshops, and brainstorming for breakthrough concepts.
- Hands-on design, motion, and visuals: guide direction and ensure high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with clients/teams to turn briefs into actionable creative solutions.
- Uphold quality standards, brand alignment, and polished delivery.
- Mentor and elevate multidisciplinary creatives for growth and impact.
- Balance timelines, budgets, and feasibility in ideation.
- Present concepts persuasively to clients and stakeholders.
- Track trends/tools to keep work fresh and competitive.
Who You Are
- 4+ years in agency art direction, visual design, or creative development.
- Strong conceptual thinker turning ideas into bold visual stories with sleek-quirky aesthetic.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
- Experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary creative talent.
- Expert in branding, layout, typography, and digital production.
- Collaborative with copywriters, strategists, and account teams.
- Confident presenter/pitcher of creative concepts who shines in interviews (articulate, no prompting needed).
- Exceptional detail-oriented creativity and visual standards.
- GCC relocators welcome. Global exposure preferred.
