Job Title: Art Director

Location: Doha, Qatar

Experience: Minimum 3 years (agency background required)

Role Summary

The Art Director will be responsible for developing and executing strong creative concepts that align with creative briefs and effectively communicate the strategic intent across various communication touchpoints. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to deliver visually compelling and innovative creative solutions for assigned brands.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

• Concept development and idea generation
• Art direction and visual design execution
• Strong collaboration and team relationships
• Staying up to date with trends and innovations in communication, design, media, and technology

Knowledge, Technical Skills & Experience

• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an advertising agency
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of:
• Typography and kerning
• Advanced and creative retouching
• Layout, grid systems, and craftsmanship
• Illustration and photography
• Ability to operate and effectively prompt AI-powered creative tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple projects under tight deadlines

Educational Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising or Design (required)
