JOB PURPOSE:
The AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI systems and workflow automation solutions that support enterprise digital transformation objectives. The role focuses on building and integrating AI agents using large language models (LLMs), automation platforms, and cloud-native tools to create scalable and intelligent digital processes across the organization.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead the end-to-end development of AI-driven agents using frameworks such as LangChain , CrewAI and RAG, spanning solution design, model integration, production deployment, and ongoing optimization to drive better decision-making, efficiency, and measurable business impact.
- Integrate AI services with business systems and enterprise applications via REST APIs and HTTP protocols.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms such as n8n, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, and Replit to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Deploy and manage containerized AI environments using Docker for scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with Core ERP teams to connect AI models with enterprise data lakes and analytics tools (Azure Data Lake, Power BI).
- Research, evaluate, and implement advanced AI models (GPT, Gemini, Claude) to extend organizational capabilities.
- Maintain technical documentation, version control (GitHub), and ensure compliance with deployment standards.
- Support testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions using automation testing tools.
- Monitoring and Auditing: Tracking the performance of the bots, devices, and the bot development status for the new automation projects.
- Reporting: Providing timely report insights and inferences to management, to facilitate real time decisions and scalability.
- End User Support: Responding to queries raised by user and providing resolution via Tickets or email within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the customer.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science/ engineering/ Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum Experience: 2+ years in similar role
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
- Proficiency in Python and Rust programming languages.
- Strong understanding of LangChain, RAG, Vector Databases, and LLM engineering.
- Experience with Machine Learning and Prompt Engineering.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, and Data Lake architecture.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Replit, and low-code/no-code automation tools.
- Competence in API integration, HTTP, and modern cloud deployment models (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Awareness of Computer Vision technologies and Automation Tools.
- Knowledge in Business Intelligence, visualizing and dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Conceptualizing data flows and drafting workflows
- Understanding different data sources and transaction applications
- Experience in SQL and extracting data for analysis
- Extensive knowledge on documentation and reporting
