Artificial Intelligence Expert

Job Purpose

The Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence Expert is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for developing new analytical data structures, in addition to supervising the design, implementation, and deployment of use cases.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Policies, Processes, and Procedures

Ensure all work is carried out in alignment with approved policies, processes, procedures, and instructions.

Review opportunities for continuous improvement related to systems, processes, and practices by leveraging leading practices to reduce costs and improve productivity.

Support knowledge transfer to new employees and reporting staff, including familiarizing them with approved work policies and procedures.

Follow up on escalated issues concerning team members to ensure timely and effective resolution.

2. Advanced Analytics & Artificial Intelligence Management

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand use-case requests and work with them to define and finalize the requirements.

Identify opportunities to create new analytical data structures aimed at enhancing efficiency.

Plan team ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Help resolve blockers and secure the data resources necessary for delivering use cases.

Organize requirement-gathering and review sessions with the team and stakeholders.

Oversee the design, execution, and deployment of general use cases.

Act as a communication link between the analytics team, management, and business stakeholders.

Monitor workflow for general use cases, assign activities, and report progress metrics.

Escalate unresolved blockers to relevant parties and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.

Contribute to team development through coaching and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience: +8 years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI-related fields.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline
