Job Title: Aruba Network Expert

·        Location: Remote from anywhere India

·        Experience: 10+ yrs (including 5+ yrs Aruba exp)

·        Mode: 6 to 9 months contract

·        Annual Salary: Need to quote

·        Interview rounds: 2 (Virtual)

·        Availability: Immediate - 30 days

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Aruba Network Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Aruba campus networking, Aruba wireless solutions, and advanced proficiency in Aruba Switching. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing Aruba network environments, with a strong focus on migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

•                          Design, deploy, and maintain Aruba campus and wireless network solutions.

•                          Lead migration projects from legacy environment to AOS CX environment, ensuring minimal disruption and smooth transition.

•                          Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide advanced support for Aruba solutions.

•                          Collaborate with cross-functional and customer teams to align network architecture with business requirements.

•                          Implement best practices for network security, scalability, and performance.

•                          Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•                          Strong hands-on experience with Aruba campus networking and Aruba wireless solutions.

•                          Proven experience in migrating legacy environment to Aruba CX environement.

•                          Familiarity with Aruba ClearPass and network access control is a plus.

•                          Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, etc.).

•                          Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.

•                          Aruba certifications such as ACMP, ACCP, or ACDX is plus.

•                           

Preferred Experience:

•                          Large-scale enterprise deployments of Aruba solutions.

•                          Integration of Aruba networks with cloud-based management platforms.

•                          Performance tuning and optimization of wireless networks.
