Develop and maintain an asset management plan for the organization's assets.
Ensure that all assets are properly maintained, repaired, and replaced as necessary.
Manage and oversee the acquisition, disposal, and transfer of assets.
Monitor and analyze asset performance, including utilization, maintenance costs, and downtime.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to asset management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that asset management practices are aligned with overall organizational goals.
Provide regular reports and updates on asset management activities to senior management.

Requirements
8+ Years of demonstrated experience working as an Asset Manager or in a similar role
Exceptional knowledge of financial and accounting principles
Proficiency in asset management software

Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Capability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
