Role Description

The Asset Integrity Manager (Corporate) will oversee and enhance the integrity, reliability, and performance of assets across Fertiglobe's operations. Responsibilities include implementing and updating asset integrity management systems, performing risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and leading failure investigations. The role also involves providing technical support to operational sites, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize asset lifecycles. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sittard.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Asset Integrity Management Systems, risk-based inspection methodologies, and maintenance practices
  • Proficiency in performance monitoring, reliability analysis, and root cause analysis
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance standards applicable to the chemical or fertilizer industry
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Experience in budget preparation, resource allocation, and strategic planning
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) or equivalent technical qualifications
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and data analysis tools relevant to asset management
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Previous experience in the chemical, energy, or fertilizer industry is highly beneficial
