Position: Assets Management Officer - Financial Services sector
Role Overview:
Manage daily leasing and property management activities, ensuring properties meet KPI standards and clients receive exceptional service. Act as the key point of contact for agents, clients, and service providers while supporting the Executive Director in achieving departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee leasing and property management operations.
- Source and negotiate lease and service agreements.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce) and track market trends.
- Conduct regular property visits and coordinate maintenance with FM providers.
- Generate reports and provide insights to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and service providers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or Administration.
- 2+ years of real estate experience; knowledge of UAE RERA laws.
- Proficient in Excel; bilingual in English and Arabic preferred.
- Familiarity with Shariah-compliant investments a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and professional skills.
