Role Purpose
Supports the Head of Asset Management in managing engine and component portfolios to maximize profitability and operational excellence. Acts as Deputy to the Head and serves as a technical mentor to junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset Strategy: Execute plans for engine acquisition, teardown, and sales. Conduct financial valuations and market analysis for investment decisions.
- Transaction Management: Lead deal coordination, due diligence, and financial modeling. Liaise with Legal, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure compliant execution.
- Teardown & Repairs : Manage vendor/MRO relationships to oversee teardown programs. Monitor turnaround times (TAT), costs, and repair yields.
- Data & Reporting : Develop performance dashboards for asset utilization and revenue. Present findings to leadership to guide strategy.
- Mentorship : Coach junior team members and support talent development initiatives.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to quality standards and drive process improvements for cost control.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business.
- Experience: 8–10 years in aviation asset management, engine sales, or MRO operations.
- Leadership: 3–5 years of experience mentoring or coordinating teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, asset valuation, and OEM maintenance programs.
