Asset Manager - Real Assets

A growing investment platform is expanding its real assets team in the UAE. Particularly focused on real estate, this includes both ground-up development projects and value-add acquisitions. We are seeking a commercially minded Asset Manager to take ownership of day-to-day execution and help drive the strategy forward.

Role

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in originating, evaluating, and managing investments across the portfolio. This is a hands on position suited to someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable taking accountability for project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Managing ongoing real estate projects from acquisition through to exit
• Coordinating with external partners
• Identifying and assessing new investment opportunities in the UAE market
• Supporting underwriting, financial analysis, and investment memos
• Monitoring performance and ensuring timely execution across the portfolio

Candidate Profile:

• 4–7 years experience in real estate investment or asset management
• Experience working with a family office, private investor, or similar platform preferred
• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market
• Commercial mindset with the ability to independently drive projects forward
• Background in development is not required, but exposure to value-add strategies is beneficial
• Based in the region with relevant local market experience
