Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Supervisor to join our Asset Marketing Team within Property Management. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring integrated marketing initiatives across assigned assets and living communities to drive business objectives, tenant performance, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for assigned assets in alignment with business objectives and overall company strategy.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign management across digital, offline, PR, activations, events, and branding initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and suppliers, including briefing, evaluating proposals, handling RFPs, and ensuring timely delivery of quality outputs.
  • Oversee campaign performance across digital channels, including paid media, social media strategy, content calendars, and performance analytics.
  • Manage online and offline collateral production to support marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute on-ground activations, launches, community events, and branding activities.
  • Develop marketing content across all communication channels including social media, mobile applications, and community branding platforms.
  • Drive awareness and engagement through PR, influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including operations, CX, business teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, ROI, and KPIs to optimize performance and maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure all marketing deliverables maintain brand consistency and comply with corporate guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, hospitality, asset management industries or Marketing Agencies.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing and performance management.
  • Experience managing creative/media agencies and production partners.
  • Strong understanding of brand management and corporate compliance standards.
  • Experience in event management, activations, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong quality control mindset.
