Job Summary

The Asset Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and management of all company equipment and tools. The role ensures optimal utilization, cost efficiency, compliance with company SOPs, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations while supporting project and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and management of all company equipment and tools.
  • Ensure all owned equipment and tools are properly maintained, serviced, and inspected regularly in full compliance with company SOPs.
  • Monitor and track equipment performance, consumption, and utilization to ensure optimum efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and tools, ensuring availability and readiness.
  • Schedule repairs and maintenance with external vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures related to equipment and tool management.
  • Manage equipment budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Ensure all equipment operators hold the necessary licenses and certifications.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics related to equipment and tools operations.
  • Resolve issues or complaints related to equipment usage and operations promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet project requirements and ensure seamless equipment support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve equipment management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Saudi National
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Asset Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in asset, equipment, or fleet management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Proficient in reporting, record keeping, and basic asset management systems.
