Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Accountant at Invest Group Overseas (IGO) in Dubai. The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, such as maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. They will also support the finance team in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial accounting, record-keeping, and financial reporting
• Strong skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and tax preparation processes
• Competence in using accounting software and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of compliance, financial regulations, and auditing processes
• Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are a plus
• Experience in the real estate or investment industry is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
