Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Bar Manager role located in Giza. The Assistant Bar Manager will oversee daily bar operations, ensure high-quality customer service, and maintain standards for food and beverage offerings. Responsibilities include training and leading team members, managing inventory, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols. The role requires close collaboration with the bar manager to drive business goals and ensure an exceptional experience for all patrons.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with patrons and manage team relationships effectively
• Experience in Food & Beverage handling, including an understanding of menu offerings and quality standards
• Proven ability in Training and supervising bar staff to ensure operational efficiency
• Sales acumen with skills in implementing strategies to boost revenue and customer satisfaction
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage sector
• A passion for hospitality and working collaboratively with a team
