Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Account Manager Sales Account Manager (Senior & Junior) for one of our esteemed clients, a leading provider in the IT training industry. The candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting IT Training services to both existing and prospective clients. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong sales expertise and a genuine passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective account management and new business development.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and tailored proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements and market needs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and monitor account performance to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Address client concerns promptly and effectively to support long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Junior Level: 1–3 years of experience in IT services or IT training sales.
• Senior Level: 3–5 years of experience in IT services or IT training sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, client relationship management, and the IT training landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
