Role Overview
The Assistant Brand Manager will support the planning and execution of brand strategies to enhance market positioning, drive revenue growth, and strengthen consumer engagement. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and external agencies to ensure effective brand performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of annual brand plans and marketing strategies
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities
- Monitor brand performance metrics, sales data, and campaign effectiveness
- Assist in the execution of product launches and promotional initiatives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment
- Manage assigned marketing budgets and track return on investment
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 24 years of experience in brand management or marketing (industry experience preferred)
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities
