Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Brand Manager in setting brand goals and developing strategies.
- Assist in executing brand-building initiatives and marketing plans.
- Co-handle marketing activations and digital communication with external stakeholders, including creative and BTL agencies.
- Prepare monthly competitive and performance reports using retail audits and internal data.
- Conduct regular market visits across different channels and regions.
- Collaborate with subcategory teams and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth execution of brand objectives.
- Identify consumer insights, barriers, and optimal communication touchpoints.
- Design effective marketing initiatives that drive brand impact.
- Conduct pre- and post-evaluations for major marketing activities.
- Manage packaging updates while maintaining brand identity and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 23 years of experience in brand management or marketing in FMCG.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines.
