Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Assistant Brand Manager to support our brand growth and market presence. If you are passionate about marketing, insights, and execution, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Brand Manager in setting brand goals and developing strategies.
  • Assist in executing brand-building initiatives and marketing plans.
  • Co-handle marketing activations and digital communication with external stakeholders, including creative and BTL agencies.
  • Prepare monthly competitive and performance reports using retail audits and internal data.
  • Conduct regular market visits across different channels and regions.
  • Collaborate with subcategory teams and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth execution of brand objectives.
  • Identify consumer insights, barriers, and optimal communication touchpoints.
  • Design effective marketing initiatives that drive brand impact.
  • Conduct pre- and post-evaluations for major marketing activities.
  • Manage packaging updates while maintaining brand identity and consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 23 years of experience in brand management or marketing in FMCG.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines.
  • Passion for brands, consumers, and market trends.
