]Junior Brand Manager]to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand equity, drive sales growth, and increase market share for our private label brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Support the development and execution of brand strategies, ensuring consistent brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights, sales data, and competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, in-store, and traditional channels, while coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development, packaging, and launches, while supporting effective product lifecycle management.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, market share, and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support budget tracking and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment, smooth communication, and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare marketing materials, reports, briefs, and presentations, while providing general administrative support to the marketing function.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 35 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, or trade marketing within the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles, including brand positioning, architecture, and consistency across channels.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with solid analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
