Job Purpose:
To manage employee cafeterias and Deli Corner outlets, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional service, and effective communication.
Overseeing food receipt and dispatch, coordinate with chefs, supervise staff, and propose improvements for increased sales and operational
excellence.
Key Result Areas:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on operational Food & Beverage experience, preferably with a background in hotel or restaurant operations and service delivery
Proven capability in managing high-volume operations, with understanding of production processes
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
Demonstrated ability to lead multinational teams
Proficiency in English for daily operational communication
Minimum High School qualification with 5 years F&B operational experience, or Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of F&B service operations experience
Skills:
Ability to develop others both functionality and in leadership competence.
Willing to take on responsibility and able to delegate tasks efficiently.
Problem solving and decision-making ability in real time, creative and able to think outside the box.
