Flatgigs is hiring for a
confidential client operating in the global citizenship and investment migration advisory space.
The firm supports high-net-worth individuals in securing
second citizenship through investment programs across several international jurisdictions. This role combines
citizenship case processing with administrative and office operations, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a
detail-heavy, documentation-driven environment.
The key requirement for this role is
hands-on experience managing Citizenship by Investment (CBI) applications end-to-end, particularly with Caribbean programs such as
St. Kitts & Nevis, Grenada, Dominica, St. Lucia, and Antigua & Barbuda.
Candidates must have experience
coordinating directly with government authorities and processing bodies in these jurisdictions. Experience limited to UAE PRO services or local visa processing will
not be relevant for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Citizenship & Case Processing
- Manage end-to-end processing of global citizenship by investment applications
- Organise, review, and track client documentation including passports, identification, and program forms
- Maintain accurate case records, submission timelines, and compliance checklists
- Coordinate with government authorities and processing units in Caribbean CBI jurisdictions
- Follow up with clients to collect missing documents and additional compliance information
- Ensure files are complete, accurate, and ready for submission
Client & Program Coordination
- Support client discussions regarding different citizenship programs and eligibility requirements
- Assist senior advisors with application preparation, submission tracking, and program updates
- Maintain client communication logs and progress updates
- Track application stages and ensure timely submission and follow-ups
Administrative & Office Operations
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for client records
- Handle document preparation, reporting, and database updates
- Support general office coordination and operational tasks
- Assist with government-related paperwork and licensing documentation
- Support compliance tracking and internal documentation processes
Mandatory Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Candidates
must have direct experience managing client files for Citizenship by Investment programs, including:
- St. Kitts & Nevis
- Grenada
- Dominica
- St. Lucia
- Antigua & Barbuda
Applicants should have:
- Personally managed client citizenship applications from start to finish
- Coordinated with government authorities or authorised processing bodies in these jurisdictions
- Experience handling high-value client documentation and compliance requirements
Experience working with
EU citizenship or residency-by-investment programs will be considered a strong advantage.
Requirements
