Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Key Account Manager for a Global Electronics company based in Dubai.

Location Dubai, UAE

Salary 21,000 22,000 AED/month + benefits

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 47 years of hands-on experience in distributor management within the consumer electronics sector, with a focus on export business.
  • Hands-on experience with purchase, sales, and inventory management (PSI).
  • Demonstrated success in managing distributor relationships and channel operations.
  • Experience in re-export and dealer market activities.
  • Strong communication skills in both Persian and English is an advantage.
  • Experience in the Independent Retail & Re-export market; Persian speaker is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a lead role in country-wide sales planning and target setting to drive higher market share in the local dealer market, achieve revenue, and meet profitability goals.
  • 12 trips to Iran per month.
  • Identify key models and collaborate with marketing and channel teams to position them as flagship products.
  • Manage distributors and key dealers, overseeing channel development to fulfil the company's objectives, achieving sales revenue, market share, and investing in the right channels.
  • Oversee key retailer management and enhance the company's Visual Display visibility in the local IR market.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts and reports to management.
  • Work closely with marketing and dealers to boost product visibility in stores, ensuring the company's products are prominently displayed and readily available.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and collaborate with channel partners to proactively address potential challenges.
  • Coordinate channel marketing and sell-out programs to support market share growth.
