Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Kitchen Manager at KHOYA in Dubai. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, support food preparation and cooking processes, and ensure the purchasing process, costing, kitchen team management, logistics and dispatch standards are met. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, purchase, logistics, dispatch and safety protocols, and assisting in kitchen management tasks to ensure efficiency and quality in operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Purchase and Costing
• Experience in Food Quality and Food & Beverage management
• Skills in leading kitchen operations, logistics and dispatch
• Strong organizational and team management abilities
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in a kitchen environment
• Creative flair and attention to detail in food presentation
• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in the food and beverage industry, is a plus
