Job Title: Assistant Land Surveyor

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Land Surveyor to support site surveying activities across high-rise and villa construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Land Surveyor in conducting site surveys for high-rise and villa construction projects.
- Support in setting out works including gridlines, levels, and alignment as per approved drawings.
- Allocate demarcation points, establish zero level, Municipality benchmark, and gate levels.
- Assist in preparing topographic surveys, as-built surveys, and quantity measurements.
- Coordinate with construction and engineering teams to ensure accurate setting out of works.
- Assist in monitoring site levels and verifying dimensions during construction stages.
- Support in preparing survey reports, sketches, and documentation.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of survey equipment.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies between drawings and site conditions.
- Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 23 years of experience in UAE or GCC in high-rise or villa construction projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and data processing tools.
- Familiarity with digital survey equipment; experience with drones and 3D laser scanners is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of survey control points, benchmarks, and leveling.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and site layouts.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in large-scale residential developments.
- Knowledge of total station and GPS equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under supervision and meet project timelines.
