Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for an Assistant Manager - Brand Marketing & Communication. The individual will be responsible for planning and executing brand marketing strategies, managing promotional activities, and coordinating communication campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, monitoring campaign performance, managing content creation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of brand marketing, communications, and PR initiatives for Aster Retail, aligned with business and commercial objectives.
  • Assist in executing brand campaigns and marketing concepts across retail pharmacy, digital, and customer touchpoints.
  • Coordinate multichannel marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Work closely with operations and retail teams to support store-level promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Analyze customer insights, retail trends, market data, and campaign performance to support decision-making and optimization.
  • Support initiatives to drive footfall, customer engagement, conversion, and retention across Aster Retail outlets.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and communication initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and campaign updates for internal stakeholders and management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (brand, digital, design, operations) and external agencies/vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and compliance standards are consistently followed across all retail communication and marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or retail marketing (healthcare, pharmacy, FMCG, or service industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing and customer journey management.
  • Good analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking and performance reporting.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented team player who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing execution.
