About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - Employee Culture & Internal Communications to join our People & Culture team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Support the execution of the internal communications strategy aligned with organizational goals and culture.
  • Draft, edit, and coordinate internal communication materials including announcements, newsletters, email campaigns, presentations, and leadership messages.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and brand voice across all internal communication channels in line with established guidelines.
  • Manage content calendars and coordinate timely publication of communications across platforms.
  • Manage the activation, content maintenance, and engagement tracking of the internal engagement platform and app.
  • Support internal storytelling initiatives by identifying impactful stories across the organization, conducting interviews, and translating them into engaging multi-channel content.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of employee engagement initiatives, campaigns, and internal events that reinforce company culture and values.
  • Provide communications and engagement support for change management initiatives, ensuring clarity, alignment, and employee understanding.
  • Partner with People & Culture stakeholders to translate policies, initiatives, and updates into clear and engaging employee communications.
  • Collect employee feedback and engagement insights to support continuous improvement of programs and initiatives.
  • Support the promotion and activation of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through internal storytelling and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Marketing on employer branding content, including internal campaigns, employee stories, and behind-the-scenes features.
  • Assist with internal coordination for employer brand activities such as career events, onboarding communications, and internal advocacy initiatives.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, culture, HR communications, or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience managing internal communication platforms and multi-channel content contribution.
  • Experience supporting internal events and engagement initiatives, in a complex organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Canva
