Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Al Olaya. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Additional responsibilities include training new employees, scheduling shifts, and assisting in marketing initiatives to drive sales and promote the brand.

Qualifications

  • Experience in staff management, training, and shift scheduling
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle inventory management and maintain a clean work environment
  • Experience in marketing and sales initiatives
  • Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in the coffee or hospitality industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in management is beneficial
