Job Description
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure timely response, qualification, and tracking of inbound and outbound Free Zone leads, with a focus on converting inquiries into application submissions and progressing submissions to issued licenses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and CSPs to understand their needs, while ensuring overall client satisfaction through the coordination and delivery of high-quality services
- Stay updated on company formation laws and regulations, including other Free Zone jurisdictions, to provide accurate and current guidance to clients and CSPs
- Maintain accurate records of leads in CRM, pipeline status, and application conversions, and prepare regular reports on application progress and pending tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to promptly address client needs and resolve issues, while identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell corporate services to existing and new clients
- Gather and share clients and CSPs feedback internally to support continuous improvement and develop client retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty
- Gather client feedback and communicate it internally for continuous improvement
- Prepare regular reports on client relations activities and outcomes
- Monitor key performance indicators of CSPs and client metrics to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Operating Environment
- Frequent meetings with clients, the team and internal departments
- Daily use of CRM, Portal and reporting sheets due to high demand of responding via emails and proposals preparation
- Intensive interaction with operations team, leasing and asset management divisions
Formal Education
Bachelor's degree
Work Experience
3 Years of working experience as licensing specialist and client relation officer

- Good acknowledge of company formation and Free zone rules and regulation.
