Job Description
- Responsible for managing the application delivery of Egypt. Executing the comprehensive roadmap to drive major new capabilities for applications and digital channel strategy of technology.
- Responsibilities include Implementation. Project management and delivering unique service by providing high quality of support. Provide thought leadership in core, digital and channels technology and drive transformation projects and changes for all major business and technology initiatives. Including Continuous Delivery, digitization. Strategy. Automation and key technology / vendor selections resulting in reduction of operating cost & bring in efficiency in processes.
Supports as first escalation level for production issues & incidents
