What you'll do:
- Build data-driven scalable solutions to improve supply chain efficiency
- Set up and monitor key metrics, perform RCA, and prepare mitigation strategies if needed
- Own the design of noon Minutes last mile infrastructure
- Implement innovative strategies to improve rider operations
- Ensure adherence to SOPs
What you'll need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Logistics or Expansion role
- Bachelor degree in a quantitative subject
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/GSheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills to extract insights and recommendations
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
- Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably
- Understanding Logistics metrics and stakeholder management
- Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule
