Assistant Manager/ Manager, Global HR - Talent Acquisition (Global HQ)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pro-active talent acquisition strategies aligned with organization's goals
• Handle full-cycle of recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing and closing of open positions
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements to provide suitable pipeline of candidates
• Build strong relationships with existing and new industry partners to ensure strong candidate pool
• Orchestrate and work with global teams to implement activities to brand organization as employer of choice
• Ensure all recruitment activities at Global HQ are in compliance with local laws
• Analyze hiring metrics to enhance TA processes
• Support ONE Academy's, talent development, and employee engagement-related initiatives
• Develop costs optimization strategies for placement wherever possible through rightsizing the total cost per hire (CPH) while maintaining/improving the quality of new hires, prioritizing internal mobility, leveraging employee referrals, utilizing AI-driven automation, and building a strong employer brand to attract passive talent
• Take part in projects (global) and workshops

Requirements

• Degree in relevant discipline preferable in Business Administration/Human Resources
• At least 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or 7 years of experience in HR
• Able to lead and guide junior team members
• Good communication skills
• Able to multi-task in dynamic environment
• Meticulous and able to work across job functions and levels
• Good stakeholder management skills
