Assistant Manager Middle Office (UAEN)

Our client, a leading Islamic Bank in the UAE, is seeking a finance professional to join their Treasury Product Control team within Financial Control & Reporting. The role involves daily P&L validation, balance sheet substantiation, and oversight of treasury products, while working closely with Front Office, Risk, and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, robust controls, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in Treasury Product Control or Financial Control within banking or financial services, strong knowledge of treasury products, and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset.
