About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Lucid Motors Middle East. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing customer engagement within the region. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry, particularly the electric vehicle market, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining a strong brand presence, ensuring that our innovative products reach a diverse customer base, and achieving sales targets aligned with the company's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader capable of working in a fast-paced environment, managing a team, and building lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of success in the electric vehicle or luxury automotive segments, is essential. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze market trends are critical for this role. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, fluency in English and Arabic, and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office are required. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for sustainability and innovation, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the Middle East market to meet and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, corporate clients, and other stakeholders to expand market reach. Lead and motivate the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of motivation and productivity. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and events that enhance brand visibility. Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making. Maintain a thorough understanding of the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Lucid Motors product portfolio to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
