JOB DESCRIPTION

How you will make an impact (Key responsibilities):

1. Social Media Strategy & Content Planning

  • Support the development and execution of social media calendars aligned with brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal priorities.
  • Ensure content reflects premium fashion aesthetics, tone of voice, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to enhance content relevance.

2. Content Execution & Community Management . Coordinate content creation with internal teams, agencies, photographers, and influencers.

  • Oversee day-to-day posting, scheduling, and basic performance monitoring across platforms.
  • Support community management by monitoring comments, messages, and interactions in line with brand guidelines.

3. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
  • Support reporting on campaign effectiveness and content performance with actionable insights.
  • Assist in optimizing content strategies based on analytics and audience behavior.

4. Cross-Functional & Campaign Support

  • Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, PR, and Creative teams to support integrated campaigns.
  • Assist in coordinating influencer collaborations and campaign activations as required.
  • Ensure timely execution of social media deliverables across multiple markets or platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail brands.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms, content formats, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand-consistent visual communication.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize content accordingly.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.
