Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development: Design and implement effective training programs that align with business goals and enhance employee skills.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and areas for development.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on workshops.
  • Facilitation: Lead training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a high level of participant engagement.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and HR to ensure training initiatives support overall organizational objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest training trends and technologies to continually improve the training offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a training or instructional design role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in e-learning platforms and instructional design software.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) are preferred.
