Key Responsibilities
Treasury
- Develop and manage short- and long-term cash flow forecasts
- Support capital expenditure and funding decisions
- Collaborate with departments to enhance cash and CapEx forecasting
- Assist in managing banking and payment provider relationships
- Track and report on intra-group loans and swap agreements
- Provide insights on finance costs and interest rate risks
- Manage corporate credit card issuance and administration
- Ensure compliance with internal policies for bank mandates and online platforms
- Support treasury-related reporting, payment processing, and admin tasks
Insurance
- Administer insurance policies (renewals, updates, cancellations)
- Oversee the full insurance claims process
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance providers
- Forecast insurance premiums for budgeting purposes
- Develop insurance reporting tools and dashboards
- Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, and development teams to ensure adequate cover.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years experience in treasury, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis
- Exposure to insurance management and banking relationships
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Preferred certifications: CTP, ACT, ACA, CIMA, or CFA
