We're now looking for a creativeAssistant Marketing Managerto support our Director of Marketing, elevating our brand to its next phase of growth, innovation, fun and international recognition.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive covers, revenue, and brand awareness.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, CRM, email marketing, influencers, and content platforms.
- Plan and execute campaigns for weekly activations, special events, and brand collaborations.
- Manage influencer, media, and partnership marketing initiatives.
- Oversee content calendars, photoshoots, and creative production with internal and external teams.
- Oversees the marketing operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses.
- Achieves marketing operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Develop and manage relationships with external organizations (e.g.: advertising, social media agencies, etc.) as necessary to assist with the development and implementation of marketing efforts in a cost efficient and results oriented manner towards the achievement of predetermined goals.
- Monitor performance metrics including engagement, bookings, ROI/ROAS and campaign effectiveness.
- Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficiency in affecting sales.
- Oversees the development and content strategy through various online channels/platforms.
- Stay up to date with market trends.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/digital marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as Assistant Marketing Manager for at least 1-2 years within F&B, nightlife, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of event-driven, experiential, and digital marketing.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on bookings, footfall, and revenue impact.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends and influencer management.
- Experience working with creative agencies is a strong advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
