Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager
About the Role
Zaatar W Zeit is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to drive field marketing excellence across the UAE. This role focuses on in store execution, local partnerships, and on ground activations that strengthen brand presence and directly support sales.
You will work closely with operations, malls, landlords, and partners to ensure Zaatar W Zeit shows up powerfully at every physical touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Planning & Strategy Support
Support the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans.
Translate brand strategy into actionable marketing initiatives.
Contribute ideas for growth, visibility, and guest engagement.
Brand & Campaign Execution
Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, in store, and partnerships, in collaboration with the HQ in UAE.
Ensure all communication reflects Zaatar W Zeit brand tone, values, and visual identity, in alignment with the host brand in Lebanon.
Support product launches, seasonal moments, and promotional calendars.
Field Marketing & In Store Excellence
Lead in store marketing execution across all UAE locations.
Ensure correct implementation of campaigns, POS materials, and brand guidelines.
Conduct store visits, audits, and feedback reporting.
Coordinate store level activations and mall initiatives.
Collaborations & Partnerships
Identify and support collaborations with brands, malls, communities, and corporate partners.
Coordinate joint campaigns, co branded materials, and mutual visibility opportunities.
Support negotiation, timelines, and execution with partners.
Reporting & Performance
Track sales and marketing performance KPI's, and recommend actions for improvement.
Prepare post activation reports and recommendations.
Digital, Social & Influencer Support
Coordinate with the social media lead to align in store and digital messaging.
Support content needs from field activations when required.
What We Are Looking For
3 to 6 years experience in field marketing, retail marketing, or brand activation roles.
Strong UAE market and mall experience.
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Organized, proactive, and execution focused.
Strong communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus.
Ability to work on ground and manage multiple locations.
