ROLE PURPOSE
The Assistant Marketing Manager leads all marketing activity for TDG across two connected mandates. The first is corporate marketing, taking full ownership of the way TDG presents itself to the market through its website, social media channels, campaigns, and events. The second is project marketing, working alongside the Sales function to shape and, where appropriate, lead the marketing of TDG's development projects, including the direction of external marketing consultants engaged on those projects.
The role suits a marketing professional who can operate as a hands-on practitioner and as a coordinator of specialist partners, holding TDG's brand and commercial standards consistent across every channel and every project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Marketing Manager's responsibilities span two connected streams, corporate marketing and project marketing, as detailed below:
CORPORATE MARKETING
• Own and manage the TDG website, keeping content, structure, and presentation accurate, current, and aligned to the brand.
• Manage all TDG social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and deliver marketing campaign strategies that build TDG's profile and reputation with target audiences.
• Plan and manage TDG's presence at events, exhibitions, and industry forums, from concept through to on-site delivery.
• Act as custodian of the TDG brand, ensuring all materials and communications follow the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent, investment-grade standard.
• Manage marketing budgets, suppliers, and timelines, and report on activity and results to leadership.
PROJECT MARKETING
• Provide marketing input into TDG's development projects, working closely with the Sales department on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approach.
• Participate in project marketing workstreams and, where required, take the lead on them.
• Direct and coordinate external marketing consultants engaged on development projects, setting briefs, reviewing output, and holding partners to TDG's quality and brand standards.
• Align project marketing activity with sales objectives and wider commercial targets across the project portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Five to eight years of relevant marketing experience.
• Demonstrated experience across corporate marketing, including website, social media, campaigns, and events.
• Experience managing external marketing agencies or consultants is strongly preferred.
• Experience in real estate, property, or a related project-based sector is an advantage.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Strong command of digital marketing, social media, and content management.
• Sound commercial judgement and the ability to connect marketing activity to sales and business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
• Organised and self-directed, able to manage multiple channels, projects, and partners in parallel.
• Collaborative working style, comfortable both leading and supporting cross-functional teams.
