About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and organized Assistant Pastry Chef to join our Central Kitchen production team. This role focuses on high-volume preparation and consistency, supporting multiple outlets while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in large-scale production of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Follow standardized recipes and production schedules
- Support the Pastry Chef in planning daily and weekly prep
- Ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and portioning
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and central kitchen SOPs
- Assist with inventory control, labeling, and storage
- Support packing and distribution to outlets as required
