Supports the setup, operation, and monitoring of press machines to ensure proper function and productquality. Assisting with routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues under guidance, and helping maintain accurate records of machine operations and production output.
Press Setup & Operation:
Assist in setting up, operating, and monitoring press machines according to production specifications.
Support in adjusting machine settings, tooling, and materials to ensure correct operation and productquality under supervision.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform routine maintenance tasks and assist in minor repairs on press equipment to ensure smoothoperation.
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and operational issues, escalating complex problems tosenior technicians.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of press operations, machine maintenance, and production output as instructed.
Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or production delays to senior technicians orsupervisors.
HR Proficiency:
Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback.
Delivery:
Use tools and machinery within efficient cost and time.
Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions.
Problem-Solving:
Assist to solve any related issues arise and escalate any complex operational problems.
