Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in El Faiyum is for the position of Assistant Professor of Critical Nursing at Fayoum University. Responsibilities include developing and teaching curriculum in nursing education with a focus on critical care and pediatrics. Additionally, the Assistant Professor will mentor and guide students, conduct academic research, collaborate with colleagues to advance the field, and contribute to the development of the Faculty of Nursing through participation in committees and program initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Nursing, with a focus on critical care and related clinical practices.
- Demonstrated ability in Curriculum Development and delivering effective Nursing Education.
- Practical knowledge and experience in Pediatrics and Medicine, particularly in critical care settings.
- Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills to support student academic and professional growth.
- A doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Nursing or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in higher education teaching or academic roles is preferred.
